the grandparents Maria e Guglielmo inaugurated restaurant in the beginning of 30 years.
People used to cook the fish of the Caldonazzo lake and lots of them, after a bath into lake used to take a snack with our pesatei (little fish). During the years, the son Marco and his wife Felicita, the Restaurant fully-envolved and carry on the tradition.

owadays, the grandchildren Manuel and Monica with Michele try to improve the restaurant, in fact in the latest years they prefer a philosophy that promote food as pleasure, culture, tradition, identity and respect of the territory and local tradition.
