The story of Valcanover begins in the 1930s, when grandparents Maria and Guglielmo opened Trattoria Valcanover, a simple place where those who came to cool off in the waters of Lake Caldonazzo would stop for a snack with the traditional pesatei, small fried lake fish.

Over the years, the restaurant grew thanks to their son Marco and his wife Felicita, continuing to preserve the spirit of the trattoria and the connection with the territory.

Between the greenery of the garden and the proximity of the lake, Valcanover is a meeting place where cuisine, conviviality, and hospitality come together.

Today it is us grandchildren — Manuel and Monica, together with Michele — [/et_pb_text][et_pb_heading title=”Welcome!” _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” title_text_align=”center” custom_padding=”||40px|20px|false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_heading][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”-76px||45px||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_button button_url=”@ET-DC@eyJkeW5hbWljIjp0cnVlLCJjb250ZW50IjoicG9zdF9saW5rX3VybF9wYWdlIiwic2V0dGluZ3MiOnsicG9zdF9pZCI6IjM1IiwiZW5hYmxlX2h0bWwiOiJvZmYifX0=@” button_text=”discover the menu” button_alignment=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _dynamic_attributes=”button_url” _module_preset=”default” custom_button=”on” button_text_size=”22px” button_text_color=”#F4F1EA” button_bg_color=”#5C798B” button_border_width=”0px” button_border_radius=”5px” button_font=”–et_global_body_font|600||on|||||” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_button][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” background_image=”https://www.valcanover.it/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/PatternSitoChiaro_piccolo.png” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
